For nearly 14 months, I have fought the restrictions keeping me from my brother, Joshua Saeta. When I was finally allowed to see him again, he smiled. He laughed. He blinked on command. He responded to us.

Yet the Ventura County Probate Court has been OUTRIGHT LIED to!
Joshua's condition has been presented, by it's court appointed Attorneys, Conservator, Fiduciaries, as “VEGETATIVE” while end-of-life decisions are discussed.
My brother's IV nutrition infusion rate was 100 ml/hr. when recently hospitalized, and day's later, reduced to 75 ml/hr.
